Cycleguard Triathlon insurance also covers other cycle sports like road racing, timed trials, Audax and Cyclosportive events. Some require the addition of our Active option which extends cover for theft, loss or damage to your bicycle whilst participating in competitive events. If you have selected the Active option and take our public liability cover, that is also extended to include any liability that may arise during those events (however member to member liability is not covered).
If you take part in cycling events (competitive or not) in foreign countries, make sure you select the appropriate area cover extension. Choose from EU (including 30 days worldwide) or worldwide cover (45 day trip maximum).
